Description of Work

Precision Concrete Construction performed comprehensive concrete and masonry renovation work across multiple school buildings within the Wall Township School District. The scope encompassed interior selective demolition of existing masonry walls, concrete slab removal and replacement, and new CMU block wall construction throughout occupied educational facilities.

Work included the construction of new CMU partition walls with integrated steel door frames, requiring precise coordination with existing building systems. Crews executed selective demolition of existing masonry and tile walls to create new doorway openings, installed structural steel lintels to support the remaining wall structure above new openings, and placed temporary wood bracing during construction to maintain structural integrity.

Interior concrete slab work involved the removal of deteriorated or damaged floor slabs in mechanical and utility rooms, followed by the placement and hand-finishing of new concrete slabs around existing plumbing piping and infrastructure. All work was performed in phased sequences to minimize disruption to school operations.
