Structural Concrete
We self perform all structural concrete work from layout & formwork to placement. This includes installation of footings, foundations, grade beams, piers, elevator pitts, and more. We also have the experience and equipment to self-excavate for GC's in need of a one-stop sub.

Flatwork & Cast-In-Place
Precision's workforce has decades of experience with forming and pouring slabs, decks, pads, curbs, sidewalks, bollards, stairs, and all concrete flatwork elements. Repair work or new construction, 200 SF of slab or 20,000 SF; we offer a wide range of concrete services.

Masonry & Specialties
Our company has developed a number of specialties including ADA spec'd sidewalk and ramps; concrete trenching including sawcut, removal, and infill; concrete patch work and more. Our masonry services include new masonry openings, installation of door frames & lintels, block infill, and various other repair work.

Since its founding in 1984, Precision Concrete has established a reputation for quality and professionalism. We have worked on hundreds of projects over several decades, and developed an expertise in a wide range of commercial concrete construction. Our business is a proud union company; we employ tradesmen at commercial construction projects across the New York and New Jersey area. Our projects range in award amounts as small as a few thousand and up to 2 Million.

Our foremen have a comprehensive understanding of layout and structural drawings, allowing them to not only build according to the details, but review, identify, and address issues BEFORE we pour.
