SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS (text message) recruiting program operated by Precision Concrete Construction ("PCC," "we," "us"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description
PCC's SMS program lets prospective employees text us to ask about employment, union pay, benefits, and the trades we hire for. All messages are conversational and are sent in response to inquiries you initiate.
How to Opt In
You opt in by texting a keyword (for example, SKILLED or LAYOUT) to (973) 707-3390, as advertised on PCC's recruiting cards and materials. By texting us, you consent to receive SMS replies from PCC about employment.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. PCC only sends messages in response to texts you send.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. PCC does not charge for these messages.
Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to (973) 707-3390. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive any further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Information We Collect
When you contact us about employment — by text, phone, our website, or a recruiting card — we may collect your name, mobile phone number, trade and years of experience, and any other details you choose to share with us.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to respond to your employment inquiry, evaluate your fit for open positions, and arrange follow-up from a PCC recruiter. We do not use it for advertising or unrelated marketing.

SMS / Text Messaging
No mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time; text HELP for assistance.

Information Sharing
PCC does not sell your personal information. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our SMS platform provider), and only as needed to deliver the service. SMS opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties for their own use.

Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to support your inquiry and our recruiting process, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your Choices
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request that we delete the information you have provided by contacting us using the details below.
